Job Overview

The role of a Planning and Scheduling Team Leader involves strategic planning to ensure optimal levelled service activities. This includes collaborating with Capacity Planners, Dispatchers, and Site Managers to identify need for temporary technician resources.

A key responsibility is validating and updating capacity forecast on a regular basis. Additionally, this position supports the creation of regional capacity plans, monitors them, and provides input for Area Planning initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent IT skills, investigative and detailed working approach, self-organization, good time management, and stress resistance. Proficiency in English (and local language) is also essential.
