Product Supply Chain Manager

This role involves overseeing weekly performance reports to track process efficiency, gaps, and deliverables. Key responsibilities include managing purchasing orders for timely customer commitment fulfillment, partnering with stakeholders to drive reliable supply chain management, determining when to place intercompany purchase orders, and maintaining accurate SAP MRP Master Data parameters.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate purchasing orders to ensure timely delivery of customer commitments.
- Partner with business stakeholders and product management to drive a reliable supply plan satisfying USA demand for imported materials.
- Determine when Interco POs need to be placed with sourced Grace Plants and coordinate updates to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Maintain SAP MRP Master Date parameters of sourced finished goods, ensuring accuracy in Make to Stock or Make to Order, Purchasing Lead Time, Safety Stock, GR Process timing, and other relevant parameters.
- Strong understanding of Material Requirement Planning and Import Management.
- Able to identify opportunities to improve inventory management.
- Good SAP skills (SD, MM, PP) and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
- Advanced English language proficiency.
