Aircraft Structural Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural design principles for aircraft and a strong background in analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and modification of structural and component designs using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools. They will also oversee and direct the development of structural requirements to establish system design.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing oversight and direction to develop and integrate structural requirements.
- Leading the development and maintenance of structural and component designs.
- Managing supplier development, test, and production activities.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Registration with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (CREA).
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in English.
Preferred qualifications include:
- In-depth experience validating or verifying structural models.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
This is a locally hired position in Brazil, and candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level.
