Key Technology Role

We seek a visionary to drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies. This includes identifying opportunities for strategic growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and research cutting-edge technologies including AI, cloud solutions, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Develop proofs-of-concept to demonstrate new tools and platforms.
  • Integrate new technologies into our tech stack aligning with architectural standards.
  • Provide training, documentation, and advocacy to support seamless adoption.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in full-stack development, cloud platforms, AI/ML tools, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts and generate enthusiasm across teams.
  • Skilled at partnering with developers, architects, and stakeholders for smooth adoption.
  • Comfortable testing new technologies through proofs-of-concept and adapting quickly.
  • Focus on business goals and recommend solutions that align with technical architecture and organizational strategy.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development including backend, frontend, and database technologies; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
