Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing systems data, providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance.

As a Systems Administrator, you will oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest clients in the world, managing their systems data and providing innovative solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage systems data for clients
  • Provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance
  • Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians
  • Prioritize tickets to deliver the best solutions to clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the Mainframe z/OS Operating System
  • Good English communication skills to handle meetings with clients, partners and co-workers

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

It would be beneficial if you have experience with:

  • Mainframe Modernization
  • Mainframe Integration with Hyperscaler solutions
