We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization. You will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in HR management, and work closely with other departments to achieve our goals.
In this role, you will act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, advising on HR processes and procedures. You will also contribute to projects, work closely with the TA, TR, HC&T, HR Compliance and Labor Relations teams, and support workforce planning and talent management.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college;
- Experience in Employee Human Resource Management;
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese.
