Responsabilidades:
- Realizar atendimentos em inglês a pacientes por meio de diferentes canais (chat, e-mail, telefone), assegurando uma experiência acolhedora, eficiente e de classe mundial;
- Atuar como a voz da empresa, oferecendo suporte consultivo e humanizado durante toda a jornada do paciente;
- Apoiar a resolução de problemas com agilidade e empatia, garantindo satisfação e fidelização;
- Colaborar de forma próxima com áreas internas para identificar e remover barreiras que impactem a experiência do usuário;
- Criar e aprimorar processos que otimizem o suporte ao paciente, com foco em eficiência e excelência.
Requisitos:
- Inglês fluente (oral e escrito) — fator eliminatório, com atuação diária no idioma;
- Experiência anterior com atendimento ao cliente em canais digitais (chat, e-mail, telefone);
- Desejável vivência com plataformas como Zendesk e Botmaker;
- Será considerado diferencial ter atuado em startups, especialmente do segmento de tecnologia ou healthtechs;
- Perfil proativo, empático, com excelente comunicação e foco em soluções.
