Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including employment administration, benefits, employee relations, relocation, ex-pat administration, compensation, and HRIS.
  • Assist with workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management staff to ensure adherence to company human resources related policies and procedures.
  • Act as a resource for special projects and human resources programs.
  • Analyze and prepare various workforce reports for management review and analytical purposes.
