**Corporate Support Professional**: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide comprehensive support across all levels of our organization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for various key tasks, including employee benefits administration, time sheet management, and document control. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with trade unions and providing support to employees.

  • Administration of employee benefits;
  • Control and management of time sheets;
  • Organization and maintenance of registration forms;
  • Support during new hire and termination processes;
  • Potential interaction with trade unions;
  • Employee assistance and support.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Administration is preferred;
  • Intermediate proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required;
  • Intermediate English skills are desirable.
