Program Overview

The Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is an 18-24 month program designed for recent chemical, mechanical, and industrial engineering graduates. The program provides a strong understanding of all areas critical to the Operations function through multiple rotations and cross-functional opportunities.

Rotational Opportunities
  • Production: Gain experience in production planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Quality Control: Develop skills in quality assurance, control, and improvement.
  • Warehouse/Distribution: Learn about warehouse management, distribution, and logistics.
  • Production Planning & Scheduling: Understand the planning and scheduling processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Plant Maintenance: Acquire knowledge of plant maintenance, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Regional Engineering: Participate in regional engineering projects and develop technical skills.
  • Quality/Industrialization: Contribute to the development of new products and processes.
Cross Functional Opportunities
  • Safety: Develop an understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Operational Accounting: Learn about financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • HR: Gain experience in human resources, recruitment, and talent development.
  • Flavor Creation: Participate in the creation of new flavors and fragrances.

Associates will be given projects to manage or participate in throughout the program.

Transition into a leadership role within the company, developing advanced people leadership skills and supervising and coordinating all efforts related to the tactical day-to-day operation of the department.
