Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to effectively utilize social media platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently recruiting and managing agencies, hosts, and coin-dealers, as well as developing and executing recruitment strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage agencies, hosts, and coin-dealers.
  • Resource Acquisition: Engage with and recruit high-value resources, and ensure their maintenance.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and execute recruitment strategies, with accountability for results.
  • Daily Operations: Perform other daily operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with users, build rapport, and foster strong relationships.

Sales-Oriented Mindset: A proven track record of success in sales or related fields, with a patient and goal-oriented approach.

Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with various social media features and gameplay, with the ability to leverage these platforms to achieve business objectives.

Reliability and Loyalty: A strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to delivering results.

Experience: At least one year of experience in app operation work, with a focus on customer engagement and retention.
