Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance & Stakeholder Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing on the Strategy & Governance Team's priorities and Service Excellence processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken and written English, with strong leadership presence and demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and improve the GBS+ Governance Framework, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities.
- Create and implement workflow approaches for stakeholder issues and needs tracking in ServiceNow.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to effectively engage a diverse global stakeholder base and analyze data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing or a related field, as well as 8+ years of relevant work experience.
As a Governance & Stakeholder Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Executing on the Strategy & Governance Team's priorities and Service Excellence processes.
- Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans.
- Ensuring stakeholders receive feedback outcomes for improvement opportunities.
- Maintaining and improving the GBS+ Governance Framework.
This is a full-time position at a mid-senior level within the Finance department.
