As an implementation specialist, you will be part of a team working on the delivery of a hospital management software. You will support clients in making strategic decisions and ensure they are satisfied and directed in the best possible way.

  • Aid clients in making informed strategic decisions
  • Evaluate client satisfaction and adjust our approach accordingly
  • Prioritize Service Orders with the Premium Support Team
  • Ensure project indicators (KPIs) are delivered within scope and timeframe
  • Connect the right people between us and clients to facilitate interaction and perception of value delivered
  • Guarantee Quality activities are delivered within scope and timeframe
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through project management and execution when necessary

To succeed in this role, you need a customer-centric attitude and solid experience in project management. Key skills include:

  • Solid knowledge of Tasy and its technologies
  • Strong communication skills with directors, managers, and teams
  • Ability to develop a work schedule for the team
  • Crisis management and expectation handling
  • Ability to report progress status
  • Risk and crisis management
  • Demonstrable English proficiency
  • High availability for travel
