Automotive Body Repair Position
The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated technician to join their collision team. As a body shop specialist, you will be tasked with evaluating vehicle damage and performing repairs. This process begins by inspecting vehicles to determine the extent of structural, mechanical, and interior damage. You will work closely with an estimator to determine the cost of repairs, which may include straightening bent bodies, replacing damaged panels, removing dents, and refinishing metal surfaces using various tools.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
  1. Evaluating vehicle damage and creating repair plans
  2. Performing repairs, including bodywork, panel replacement, and refinishing
  3. Working with estimators to determine repair costs
  4. Maintaining high-quality work standards while meeting productivity goals


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive collision training or experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in collision repair
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
