Auto Technicians Wanted: Customer Satisfaction Experts
Job Summary:We are seeking highly skilled and motivated technicians to join our team. As a Quick Lane Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and precision in accordance with dealership standards.
- Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
- Explain complex mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a clear and concise manner to service advisors and customers.
- Inspect and test new vehicles to identify any necessary repairs or adjustments.
- BASIC MAINTENANCE INCLUDING TIRE ROTATIONS, BRAKE INSPECTIONS, FLUID TOP-OFFS, LUBRICATION SERVICES, BATTERIES, LIGHT BULBS, ETC.
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER AND COMMUNICATE/SOLVE PROBLEMS TO ACHIEVE DEPARTMENT GOALS
- AUTOMOTIVE DIAGNOSTICS AND GENERAL FAMILIARITY WITH VEHICLE OPERATING SYSTEMS ARE DESIRABLE
- MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A COMMERCALLY INSURABLE MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT
- ABILITY TO LIFT 50LBS
