Automotive Expert Lead

A senior automotive professional is required to lead a team of technicians in diagnosing and repairing complex issues with vehicles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair, as well as strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair drivability and electrical systems
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians to increase customer satisfaction
- Interact directly with customers to deliver superior service and educate them on vehicle problems and proposed solutions
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive mechanical diagnosis and repair
- 4 or more ASE certifications (A4 Steering and Suspension, A5 Brakes, and two others)
- Section 609 certification
- State Inspection license if applicable
- Valid driver's license
- Pre-employment background check
