Equipment Maintenance Technician

We seek a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to carry out various equipment maintenance functions.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical concepts and excellent customer service skills. They will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment issues in our facilities, including appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions in areas such as appliances, mechanical systems, and building structures.
- Complete assigned maintenance tasks and repairs consistent with company standards.
- Assist in preparing equipment for optimal performance and functionality.
- Maintain facility grounds and ensure curb appeal through regular upkeep and management activities.
- Be available for on-call duty during off-hours and emergencies based on a predetermined schedule and need.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- A valid driver's license and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and/or carpentry principles.
- Familiarity with computers and tablets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Availability for on-call duty during off-hours for urgent needs.
- Ability to speak and understand basic English.
