Equipment Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing machinery, as well as maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure it meets production requirements.
- Analyze problems and perform repairs using adjustments, part replacement, or fabrication.
- Respond promptly to maintenance calls and assist in troubleshooting.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and modifications on assigned equipment.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with troubleshooting 3-phase circuits, motor starters, and controls.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds repeatedly; walking and standing for extended periods.
