Job Opportunity

The Maintenance Technician role is a crucial position in our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the organization's success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to high housekeeping standards in designated areas.
  • Complete assigned tasks and follow work instructions to the required level as stated on the skills matrix.
  • Troubleshoot all equipment in the plant, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Operate production equipment, such as packaging machines and blow molders.
  • Perform routine maintenance and complete assigned projects related to fabrication, installation, and repairs on the production floor.
  • Communicate with colleagues and leadership regarding safety issues, GMP/housekeeping concerns, maintenance needs, quality issues, and production matters.

Requirements:

  • A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and functional workspace.
  • Capacity to recognize and report unsafe issues and adhere to established safety procedures.
  • Ability to distinguish between products and meet all maintenance expectations.
  • Capacity to complete assigned tasks and achieve task rates as set.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production and plant equipment as needed and complete end-of-line documentation.

Working Conditions/Physical Environment:

  • Bending/stooping: up to 14 hours.
  • Reaching: up to 14 hours.
  • Walking: up to 14 hours.
  • Twisting: up to 14 hours.
  • Lifting up to 75 pounds.
