This is a role that involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on various machines and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems efficiently
- Utilize industrial maintenance techniques to ensure optimal functioning of machinery
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a mechanical position in a similar environment.
Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulic systems, PLC's, and experience with 480V 3phase and electrical systems in machinery is required.
A strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures, as well as dedication to maintaining a safe work environment, are essential skills for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all tasks related to producing quality parts on state-of-the-art injection and blow-molding machines effectively
- Accurately conduct preventive maintenance on the equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues while overseeing operators conducting all quality checks
- Responsible for set-ups, start-ups, shut-downs, and change overs
- At least 2 years of experience in a mechanical position in a similar environment
- Completion of relevant technical schooling or apprenticeship program
- Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulic systems, PLC's, and experience with 480V 3phase and electrical systems in machinery
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
