Job Summary:

This role is a critical component of our operations, responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of high-speed equipment and control systems in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently, troubleshooting and maintaining complex machinery and process equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance duties to support production, including diagnosing problems, modifying, repairing, and calibrating high-speed machinery and process equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, changeover, and improve the operation of new and existing equipment using established procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks and routine repairs as requested, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Understand and practice lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Meet regulatory requirements and industry standards for GMP, food safety, safety, and quality.
  • Document work accurately to meet all policies and procedures, providing clear and concise records for future reference.
Requirements:
  • Strong industrial electrical and automation skills, with the ability to read and work from electrical schematics.
  • Ability to operate a high lift and aerial lift, and obtain a fork truck license.
  • Ability to work under extremes of both hot and cold temperatures (inside and outside), and ascend moderate to high elevations (10-75 feet) and climb.
  • Must pass written exams: General Basic Test, Electricity/Electronics Test, Instrumentation/Controls/Electronics.
