Equipment Maintenance Specialist

This role involves maintaining equipment at maximum efficiency while working well with others and being self-motivated.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including refrigeration systems
- Complete required documentation and log tasks as requested
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, both inside and outside the facility
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of general hand and power tools, previous residential maintenance experience, and background in preventative maintenance
The ideal candidate will possess strong arithmetic and reading skills, be able to follow instructions and company policies, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Tasks:- Project a professional image in appearance and communications
- Participate in team meetings as needed
- Identify and report any issues related to product, processes, and quality
- Develop and implement solutions through proper channels
Overtime availability is required due to demand and may involve operating a registered vehicle as part of daily tasks.
