Mechanical Equipment Specialist

A highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic is required to troubleshoot, repair and maintain complex machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work at heights.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and diagnose faults in machinery and equipment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning and adjustment of machinery and equipment.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty parts, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Monitor equipment operation, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets, providing support and guidance where necessary.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience in a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
