  • Main Responsibilities:">

  2. Support senior consultants in research, data analysis, and client assessments.">
  3. Assist in creating and delivering client presentations, reports, and proposals.">
  4. Participate in project planning and execution related to talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.">
  5. Learn Mercer's consulting methodologies and tools.">
  6. Contribute to thought leadership and best practices in people management.">
  7. Engage in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to develop consulting skills and industry knowledge.">

  • Key Qualifications:">
  • Bachelor's or master's degree (conclusion 2023, 2024, or 2025) in business administration, engineering, economics, finance, physics, mathematics, or related fields.">
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to design presentations and storytelling, using tools like PowerPoint for clear, engaging narratives.">
  • Basic knowledge of data ETL processes and visualization tools such as Excel, KNIME, Power BI, Qlik, or equivalents.">
  • Data storytelling skills to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.">
  • Interest in management consulting, organizational development, Human capital, Digital Transformation, and business strategy.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment.">
