Seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to lead business excellence initiatives and drive growth across various units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Analyze market trends and data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business excellence initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and develop tools and solutions that support business development in Sales Force, Commercial, Business Units, and Access.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and performance execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of executing complex strategic plans and driving organizational change.
  • Able to lead and work collaboratively in teams and support all levels of a large enterprise.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Strategy or a related field; Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
Desirable Skills:
  • Demonstrated success in Business Excellence roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities for process improvements.
