We're looking for a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth, retention, and business success through strategic client relationships.

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with large enterprise clients through consistent communication.

  • Proactively monitor the use of our products and services to improve performance and value creation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients in adopting best practices to maximize the return on our solutions.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and new projects directly contributing to revenue growth and increased GMV within the portfolio.
  • Develop strategies to help clients sell more and sell better.
  • Anticipate churn risks and act swiftly to reverse critical situations with personalized action plans.
  • Drive the expansion of Annual Contract Value (ACV) from qualifying leads to closing long-term agreements.

Familiarity with Enterprise Client Management is essential, along with adaptability in our dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate stays up-to-date on our product roadmap and completes relevant certifications to support growth.
