Job Title:

Strategic Enterprise Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Enterprise Growth Specialist to drive our growth in Brazil's e-commerce market. As a key member of our commercial team, you will focus on acquiring strategic Mid-Market to Enterprise accounts and building relationships from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meetings and exploratory calls with top-tier e-commerce companies in Brazil to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for our SaaS platform.
  • Serve as a thought leader in payments and fraud management by attending industry events, supporting company initiatives, and delivering value messaging to prospects and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with data science, risk, product, legal, marketing, finance, customer success, and senior leadership to set and execute strategy.
  • Able to forecast annual recurring revenue (ARR) with sound use of merchant metrics and internal methodologies, and manage deal reviews, deal desk process, and other areas to drive deal velocity.
  • Work closely in a matrixed environment with various teams to ensure a smooth transition from deal development to customer go-live and beyond, and create and share learnings internally with the global sales team.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS Hunter Sales or Business Development
  • Strong analytical skills, able to tell a story using numbers and analysis, and able to handle objections in a convincing manner
  • Full English Proficiency: able to communicate well and conduct meetings effectively in English with internal peers or external stakeholders
  • Self-paced, autonomous, and resilient, with the ability to work well with little guidance and capable to deliver results on a constant basis
  • Able to travel to meet up with merchants, to industry events, to company planning and training sessions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred professional background in complex sales environments such as Fraud, Payments, B2B SaaS Technology, or E-commerce
  • Preferred educational background in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration
