Sales Executive Role
Seeking a skilled Sales Executive with a proven track record of enterprise software sales success. The primary objectives involve defining and executing strategic plans to drive the sales of multiple software solutions into the energy industry segment.
- A customer-centric approach drives results.
- Focus on annual revenue growth, demand generation, pipeline management, and opportunity closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive opportunity management from identification to closure in line with Siemens Industry Software sales process and based on validated customer business drivers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase solution maturity and meet industry needs.
Build and cross-brand sells within assigned lists of existing and potential customers.
Define and execute detailed strategic plans for each prospect/customer, focusing on long-term customer development.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer executives at all levels.
Negotiate and close software and services agreements for all product lines.
Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and maintain accurate account plans and forecasts.
Identify new opportunities and markets for the software portfolio.
Lead strong teams including sales, pre-sales, post-sales, and consulting staff.
Prerequisites and Key Skills:
Proven sales excellence in the E&U industry segment.
Customer-centric approach selling value based on business drivers.
Maintain White Space analysis and execution of initiatives (up-sell and cross-sell) on the customer base.
Utilize best practice sales models and demonstrate leadership skills.
Languages:
English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
