As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive key product goals and growth metrics. This role involves collaborating with customers to create outstanding digital products using agile methodologies and platforms.
You will work closely with customers' product, analytics, and growth teams to advise senior customer executives on effectively leveraging analytics to inform their product strategy and development. Conducting strategic business reviews and in-depth analytics sessions will also be a key part of this role.
This position requires hands-on experience using analytics platforms to inform product decisions and strategies. Proven success working with enterprise-scale customers, influencing senior executives, and driving adoption of sophisticated SaaS solutions is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customers to develop outstanding digital products using agile methodologies and platforms.
- Advise senior customer executives on effectively leveraging analytics to inform their product strategy and development.
- Conduct strategic business reviews and in-depth analytics sessions to drive adoption and growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer feedback influences product enhancements and adoption initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within SaaS or digital-first companies.
- Hands-on experience using analytics platforms to inform product decisions and strategies.
- Proven success working with enterprise-scale customers, influencing senior executives, and driving adoption of sophisticated SaaS solutions.
