We are in search of a Senior Agile Coach (MedTech) who is eager to learn and advance their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate individual and team development through coaching and mentorship.
- Guide senior leadership in agile methodologies to promote best practices throughout the organization.
- Communicate agile principles, scrum methodologies, and the overall operational framework across the company.
- Advocate for the use of metrics and objective measures within teams.
- Conduct daily check-ins with team members to ensure project alignment and goal achievement.
- Maintain an objective stance on challenges and troubleshoot them by applying agile principles.
- Lead stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to assess project progress.
- Assist teams in resource allocation to uphold agile practices and ensure effective project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English; experience with scrum, kanban, and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe); proven track record of implementing agile techniques across diverse work cultures.
- Experience managing agile projects of various sizes and complexities.
- Strong leadership, educational, and coaching capabilities.
