Job Title

We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our team. As the primary point of contact for IT incidents, you will diagnose and resolve issues within agreed service level agreements.

  • You will provide day-to-day systems support to end users, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • You will track and coordinate multiple small projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed with clear status updates.
  • You will review developer pull requests/commits and perform light Python or Bash tweaks when needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP/CRM systems, knowledge of basic networking principles, familiarity with Quality Assurance processes, and proficiency in Python programming language and Bash.

About the Role
  • Investigate and troubleshoot Odoo ERP workflows, modules, and performance issues; propose actionable fixes.
  • Create, update, and maintain runbooks, SOPs, diagrams, and change logs for consistent knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing company-wide security controls (identity, endpoint, backups, MFA) and support QA/compliance activities.
  • Provide training and guidance to users through documentation, quick huddles, and recorded demos.
