About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious investment analyst to support our deal sourcing and investment analysis activities. Working closely with our founders, you will identify and evaluate targets, co-leading the process from outreach to deal closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and identify potential targets
  • Manage and automate outreach efforts, including preparing communication materials, tracking progress, and updating records on our CRM
  • Engage with business owners and brokers to identify new investment opportunities
    • Analyze business models, competitive positioning, and sectors/markets
    • Evaluate financial performance and growth prospects
    Requirements
    • 1-3 years of experience in investment analysis, investment banking, management consulting, or strategic roles in startups
    • Undergraduate degree required
    • Previous experience in tech/software is preferred
    • Genuine passion for technology, business, and investing
    • Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for emerging AI tools
    • Fluent Portuguese and working proficiency in English
    • Results-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in high-velocity environments
