This role provides an opportunity to work closely with our finance team, administrative staff, and other internal departments, contributing to the organization, analysis, and improvement of financial and operational processes.

  • Process payments to suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitor customer payments and bank account reconciliations.
  • Verify reimbursement requests and employee travel expenses.
  • Support electronic remittances for billing and payments.
  • Assist with monthly accounting closing and maintain financial files and records.
  • Provide support on financial matters to suppliers and customers.
  • Interface with the financial department of the Headquarters.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and advanced English language skills. The ideal candidate will be motivated, proactive, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
