An IT Administrator position is available in our organization.
As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing team devices and systems, maintaining security and functionality.
- Manage routine support requests, handle user inquiries, and provide assistance to users.
- Offer desktop support for Mac and PC, including initial configuration, life cycle maintenance, and continuous technical support.
- Provide office equipment support and events support.
- Maintain network security settings and interact with the information security department.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- At least 1 year of IT experience.
- Hands-on experience working with established ticketing systems.
- Advanced level of English.
- Responsibility and independence in work.
- Experience with Windows, MacOS, Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of network basics, including DHCP, DNS, VPN, WiFi configuration, IPv4, and network terminal commands.
