Job Title: Full-time Employee
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key position within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, accounting, or economics, with a specialization in cooperative management or financial management.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analyzing macroeconomic indicators to anticipate potential impacts on the business and propose strategies for sustainability;
- Developing proposals and strategies focusing on member importance and business sustainability using internal reports and management dashboards;
- Disseminating knowledge about investment topics and service excellence aligned with our strategy to enhance team knowledge and improve advisory services to members;
- Providing consultative support to members through face-to-face or online meetings, participation in local events to enhance member engagement and loyalty;
- Conducting prospecting and maintenance contacts with members through visits, online meetings, and local events to attract, engage, and retain new members or investments;
- Becoming a reference regarding investment products and services offered by our organization and the market;
- Contributing to the planning and execution of our strategies and mapping market potential through periodic internal agendas, visits, and consultations with members;
Key qualifications include higher education in business administration, accounting, economics, or related fields, with desirable specializations in cooperative management, business management, or financial management. Certifications in CPA-20 and CEA are also required, along with knowledge of financial products.
