Responsabilidades Principais
  • Atuação como Agile Master;
  • Facilitação e acompanhamento das cerimónias do modelo ágil;
  • Remoção dos impedimentos e acompanhamento das atividades;
  • Utilização de métricas para acompanhamento e plano de ação;
  • Report do andamento e status dos projetos aos gestores e Comité Executivo;
Requisitos e Habilidades
  • JIRA;
  • Certificação PSM I – Scrum Institute;
  • Certificação Management 3.0 Foundation;
  • Certificação KMP I;

Será um diferencial:

  • Orientação às squads sobre o conceito e práticas do framework ágil;
  • Facilitação e acompanhamento das cerimónias do modelo ágil;
  • Remoção dos impedimentos e acompanhamento das atividades;
  • Utilização de métricas para acompanhamento e plano de ação;
Informações Adicionais
  • Horário de trabalho: Comercial;
  • Modelo de trabalho para este projeto/cliente: Híbrido - 2 vezes presencialmente na semana;
  • Local de trabalho: Região do Itaim Bibi;
