Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for enhancing usability, quality, and feature set.

You will collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines. Additionally, you will develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong passion for learning and growth.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience of technical end-to-end product ownership;
  • 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React);
  • 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java);
  • High level of proficiency in Typescript;
  • Proficiency in contemporary frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools;
  • Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture;
Nice to Have:
  • Experience building software in the cloud;
  • Ai assisted development experience;
