About this Role

This position is suitable for a physician seeking a flexible work schedule with minimal uncompensated clinical work. The role has limited on-call requirements and offers a flexible schedule, but physicians must conduct in-person rounds at least once weekly. Hours are dependent on census and desired compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete Health Profiles on new patients (minimum weekly rounding)
  • Coordinate with Advanced Practice Professionals to complete/fulfill regulatory and complex patient visits
  • Oversee APP performance
  • Ensure exceptional patient care by closing quality gaps when prompted
  • Act as a patient advocate for what matters most to them and an ambassador for our organization's mission

Qualifications
  • MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine
  • Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
  • Active DEA License
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records
  • Compassionate, intelligent, motivated, and a team player
