Job Title: 1099 Commission Only B2B Sales Representative

Location: Remote

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and driven Sales Representatives to join our team on a 1099 commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong networking skills, and the ability to bring in new clients or leverage provided leads. You will work closely with our robust sourcing team, which is eager to fill the talent needs of any new clients you bring on board.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage prospective clients within various industries.
  2. Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  3. Present our services to potential clients.
  4. Close deals and negotiate contract terms in alignment with company goals.
  5. Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities and client engagements.
  6. Collaborate with our sourcing team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • With multiple clients, annual commissions can exceed $200,000, providing significant earning potential for driven individuals.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record in B2B sales.
  2. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  3. Access to your own sales tools (CRM, phone, computer, etc.).
  4. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  5. Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Additional Information:

  1. This is a 1099 contractor position with a commission-only compensation structure.
  2. There is no cap on the number of new clients you can bring in.
  3. You will have the flexibility to manage your own book of business or work with provided leads.
