Job Title: Technical Consultant for Financial Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled technical consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and propose innovative solutions using PeopleSoft financial modules.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams to implement improvements and new features in PeopleSoft financial systems.
  • Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure accurate functionality and data integrity.
  • Provide prompt support and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft usage effectively.
  • Design and conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users on system usage and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant in financial modules, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes and their integration with PeopleSoft financial systems.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and technical documentation is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users and technical teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Knowledge of change management and user training principles is desirable.
Differentials:

Experience with integrating PeopleSoft with other corporate systems and technologies is a significant advantage.
