Job Title: Financial Integration Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday financial integrations.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and API frameworks, with proven experience in implementing and supporting financial integrations in large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, build, test, and deploy Workday financial integrations.
  2. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
  3. Develop and maintain EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations for inbound/outbound data exchange.
  4. Work with Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST, RAAS, Graph) and manage OAuth 2.0 API client registrations.
  5. Perform data transformations using XML, XSLT, and JSON.
  6. Conduct unit, end-to-end, and post-production testing; provide ongoing support and enhancements.
  7. Document designs, field mappings, workflows, and configuration details.
  8. Stay current with Workday releases and recommend improvements to ensure system efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5–7 years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
  • Proven expertise with Workday financials integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors.
  • Experience with OAuth 2.0, APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON.
  • Solid understanding of Workday reporting (RaaS, WQL).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to lead workshops, manage requirements, and drive issue resolution.
