Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to guide our Data Science team in developing innovative AI solutions that drive market leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading AI teams and delivering successful projects using machine learning, deep learning, and large language models.

They will be responsible for establishing and implementing the company's AI vision and strategy, managing and growing the Data Science team, and collaborating with engineering and business teams to deliver AI solutions.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent leadership and technical skills, able to inspire and guide highly technical teams while fostering collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience leading Data Science or AI teams, with a portfolio of successful projects in machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, and General AI.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong ability to inspire and guide highly technical teams while fostering collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
