Senior Project Developer for Large Scale Project Development

As a Senior Project Developer, you will oversee the planning and execution of large-scale projects in the Latam region. These projects involve hybrid renewable energy sources, water management, electrolyzers, synthesis facilities, ports, and delivery pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance projects through development milestones and implement effective risk management practices
- Manage external consultants and co-development partners to ensure performance objectives are met and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Travel to project sites to meet with stakeholders and co-developers, fostering open communication and trust
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, markets, policy, and competitive landscape to support green hydrogen and derivatives strategy
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear and approachable leadership style
- Knowledge of the full project development lifecycle and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in wind, solar, hydrogen, or molecules project development
