Project Director for Large-Scale Infrastructure

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our large-scale project development initiatives in Latin America. As Project Director, you will be responsible for driving the success of complex projects combining hybrid renewable energy, water, electrolyzers, derivatives synthesis facilities, ports, and delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project strategies, collaborating with external partners to advance projects through various milestones.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure they meet performance objectives while supporting their growth.
  • Oversee external consultants specializing in environmental studies, permitting, public affairs, real estate legal, engineering studies, PtX technology, water engineering, and midstream transportation.
  • Travel to project sites as needed to meet with stakeholders and partners.
  • Support green hydrogen and derivatives strategy by staying up-to-date on industry trends, markets, policy, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage project budgets, Gantt schedules, and KPI dashboards.
  • Assist with project-level accounting and financials.
  • Contribute to techno-economic models used to support project economics and offtake.
  • Coordinate with GIS and engineering teams to develop project layouts.
Requirements:

An entrepreneurial mindset and independent problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Additional requirements include strong interpersonal skills, a clear-thinking approach, and experience working with large-scale infrastructure projects.

A Bachelor's Degree is required; an M.B.A. is preferred. Senior experience is necessary, preferably in wind, solar, hydrogen, or molecules project development.
