Job Description

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of key technology initiatives across the Americas. This role sits at the intersection of technology, risk, and compliance, and is critical in ensuring the timely and successful implementation of large-scale programs.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to senior leadership, capable of anticipating challenges, mitigating risks, and delivering high-impact outcomes across cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of technology, and exceptional program management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects related to regulatory initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between project sponsors, senior leaders, and contributing teams to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and timelines.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks, manage risk mitigation efforts, and ensure timely communication of key decisions and status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in technical program and project management, with experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of the Agile framework; Scrum or SAFe certification is a plus.
  • Experience with infrastructure project management, ideally with exposure to database systems.
