We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Partner to join our team.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in Learning and Development. You will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to drive business outcomes through strategic learning initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end learning experiences that meet business objectives
  • Analyze and address business gaps and needs, applying rapid business needs analysis techniques
  • Manage intake of learning requests, including leadership and development offerings
  • Demonstrate business acumen and awareness of the current and future business climate
  • Identify innovative learning solutions to minimize reliance on external vendors
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Existing rights to work in Brazil
  • Fluent written and verbal English language skills
  • In-depth experience with Learning & Development, including facilitation, teaching, course development, employee development, structured coaching/mentoring
  • Experience managing multiple projects and partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interfacing skills with senior leadership
