Database Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented Database Developer to join our team in improving our processes. This role combines expertise in database development and business intelligence, focusing on creating scalable data solutions and delivering actionable insights through advanced reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SQL-based relational databases and data models, as well as building and managing ETL processes to ingest and transform data from various sources.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in database development (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS, Snowflake).
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
