About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join our team at Sportingtech Brasil. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in building high-performing teams that drive our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of TA in building high-performing teams that drive our company's growth.
  • Ownership of the recruitment process in LatAm to source and evaluate candidates to secure the best talent.
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates.
  • Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Support the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure cover and support across all global vacancies.
  • Prepare and administer all new employee-related documents.
  • Prepare and oversee all pre-onboarding and onboarding requirements for all new employees.
  • Support all HR administrative tasks to maintain employee records and assist with HR processes.
Requirements
  • Previous recruitment and HR experience, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong network within the Brazilian market and ability to build strong candidate pipelines at speed.
  • Fluent verbal and written Portuguese & English - bonus points if you are fluent in Spanish too.
  • Strong organisational and management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR.
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods.
  • Ability to travel when required.
