We are developing a streamlined claims framework that responds to partners' expectations while being based on accurate data and aligned with recent legislation.
This role requires a consultant to support the development of the claims framework and assess its relevance in an increasingly complex legal and reputational environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the proposed claims framework through interviews with key stakeholders
- Assessing data collected in new offerings and determining if/how it supports the claims framework
- Conducting desk research to assess relevance
Deliverables:
- Initial assessment of the proposed claims framework
- Development of alternative claims or additional claims
- Clear guidelines for future claim development
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of sustainability claims and certification standards
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
