
Digital Acquisition Director

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Acquisition Lead to spearhead our digital growth strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads. This is an excellent opportunity to drive business expansion for high-growth DTC brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that deliver full-funnel results
- Oversee campaign performance across multiple DTC brands and markets, ensuring optimal return on ad spend
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft high-converting customer journeys that meet business objectives
- Lead media buying, budget allocation, forecasting, and return on ad spend (ROAS) optimization efforts
- Stay ahead of the curve by testing and implementing new targeting strategies, ad formats, and funnel structures
- Build and mentor a team of skilled media buyers and performance analysts
- Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on paid growth key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights
- 6-10+ years of experience in paid media with a proven track record of scaling DTC brands via Facebook & Google
- Strong command of customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, lifetime value (LTV), blended marketing efficiency ratio (MER), and attribution models
- Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and post-purchase analytics tools
- Excellent leadership skills – able to focus on numbers while maintaining a strategic outlook
- Bonus: Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, Northbeam, or similar DTC technology stack
